Member Emergency Relief Plan

At ALPS Federal Credit Union, the health and well-being of our members, team members, and community is our top priority. Because of our strong capital position, we are empowered to help our membership through the unprecedented long-term effects of the COVID-19.

In order to support and give credit union members flexibility to manage the challenges and hardship that they may encounter as a result of the spread of COVID-19, the credit union has created this COVID-19 Emergency Member Assistance plan that can be used during the current pandemic.  This plan is intended to be temporary in nature and shall be in effect as of March 13, 2020 and will remain in effect until terminated.  Discontinuation of this plan will be the responsibility of the credit union’s management who will rely on information received by the Governor of the State of Alaska and City Administration.
